Unilever Bangladesh wins “Asia’s Best Employer Brands 2022” award

Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) has received the “Asia’s Best Employer Brands 2022” award from the World HRD Congress, an independent organization recognizing achievements in human resource management across the globe.

Over the past three decades, the World HRD Congress has brought together thousands of professionals from more than 133 countries and is one of the largest meetings for HR professionals in the world.

The 13th edition of Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards brought together global industry and organizational leaders at Singapore’s Pan Pacific, Marina Square.

Unilever Bangladesh’s best practices in talent attraction and management were showcased and applauded at the prestigious event, reads a press release.

As a global company with a global reach, operating in more than 190 countries, Unilever nurtures young talent and nurtures them as future leaders for markets around the world.

Unilever Cambodia Ltd and Unilever Sri Lanka also won awards for exemplary initiatives in their respective countries.

Sakshi Handa, Director of Human Resources, Unilever Bangladesh, explained how this award reflects the potential of talent in Bangladesh.

Previously, Unilever Bangladesh was voted the top employer of choice in the FMCG industry and across all sectors through an independent survey conducted by Universum.

Unilever Bangladesh also holds the Global Brand Award for Best Employer in Bangladesh, awarded by the World HRD Congress earlier this year following independent research.
