Tata Steel among India’s 10 most attractive employer brands

Jamshedpur, July 28: Tata Steel has been recognized as one of India’s 10 Most Attractive Employer Brands by Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR). This recognition, received for the second time, underscores the Company’s continued focus on fostering a culture of trust, integrity, growth and employee care.

The research globally collects the views of more than 1,63,000 respondents (general public, ages 18-65) from 5,944 companies in 31 countries. According to the survey, the Indian workforce considers work-life balance (63%) to be the most important factor when choosing an employer. This is followed by an attractive salary and benefits (60%) and a good reputation of the organization (60%).

Tata Steel has implemented several innovative policies, practices and initiatives for various segments of the workforce, such as the integration of transgender people and women into major mining operations.
