The Stevie Awards for Great Employers honor the world’s best employers and human resources professionals who create inspiring workplaces. Nominated in the Employer of the Year category, Simfoni was selected from over 950 nominations from organizations of all sizes and from 26 countries that were submitted for consideration in a wide range of categories. The judges commended Simfoni for implementing bold initiatives to foster meaningful employee engagement, career advancement opportunities, work/life balance and an inclusive approach to supporting and celebrating diversity. “Simfoni, with its claims of inclusion, diversity and impressive male to female workforce ratio, deserves bold thinking and leading by example. More than 100 professionals from around the world participated in the judging process to select this year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners.
